Be able to rapidly design, create, and test innovative products and services after this course
Align a team towards a product's vision and mission
Get hands-on application of product design & development frameworks (Value Proposition Canva, Minimum Viable Product)
If applicable, understand the social impact of their product/service

Customer Discovery Design - 3 hands-on activity

Part 2: Value Proposition Canva & Minimum Viable product (3h)

This part also includes includes much more practical exercise, where each attendee will put into practice the learning of the day specific to their own business/project, and reviewed by the trainer. We are also scheduling a 30min entrepreneur sharing on the topic of product development, to have a real case study of start-ups using the models.

With a background in product design & engineering, Ken Chua is the Director of (these)abilities – an inclusive design & technology agency that works with companies to design/redesign products and services for Persons with Disabilities.
